The numbers in parentheses are the X-coordinate sheets where the various peaks have their maxima. The two fluorines are “on top of” one another, one on the X = .10 sheet, one on the X = .40 sheet. The “bonds” have, of course, been drawn in. The x, y, z-coordinates of all the atoms in the structure can be read off of the electron density map by locating the maxima.
